Europes largest flower exhibition is on in Genova this weekend. It only comes around every five years so a trip was organised from Bagni di Lucca to check it out this year. It was an early start as we left at 6am from the square outside Bar Italia.

Over the last weekend in October each year Lucca hosts the largest Comic Festival in Europe. It is a time for all the comic enthusiasts of the world ( and Italy has plenty) to meet and exhibit their collections of Super Hero Comics.
